Valdese Palm in White is a performance upholstery fabric in a clean, bright white. Fine white yarns are woven into a tight basketweave with subtle tonal slubs, giving it the relaxed texture of a woven linen while reading as a crisp solid from a distance. Under warm indoor light it can photograph with a slight ivory cast, but in person it's a true white. It pairs with everything, from navy, charcoal and black to sage, sand, blush and natural wood.
Palm is part of the Inside Out Performance line by Valdese Weavers, woven in the USA from UV-stabilized polyester yarns. The performance is built into the yarn rather than added as a coating, so it resists stains and repels spills, and holds its color in sunny rooms. That makes a white fabric practical for sofas, sectionals, dining and accent chairs, ottomans, headboards, cushions and pillows, inside or on a covered patio.
