Sunbrella Rue in Air Blue is a fresh, light cabana stripe: broad, even bands of soft powder blue and crisp white, each about 3.25 inches wide, with the slightly slubbed texture of the weave giving it the look of yarn-dyed linen rather than a flat awning cloth. The blue is airy and cool — closer to chambray or periwinkle than navy — making it one of the lightest, most versatile colorways in the Rue family. It brings an easy coastal-cottage freshness to any room without committing to a bold nautical look. Pair it with white, sand, navy, terracotta, olive or rattan.
The stripes are railroaded — they run across the width of the roll — so long cushions, benches and sofa backs can be cut with the stripe running continuously, without seams interrupting the pattern. The full repeat is 6.5 inches.
Woven from 100% solution-dyed Sunbrella acrylic, it resists UV fading, mold and mildew, and holds its color through years of sun and use. Use it for sofas, chairs, ottomans, benches, headboards and throw pillows indoors; patio seating, chaise and deep-seating cushions outdoors; RV upholstery; and interior or exterior marine cushions and pillows.
