Do you offer Swatches of fabric samples?

Yes, we do. Every item has an order sample link where you can order a sample by entering the full name as it appears. There is also an order sample link on the home page on the top left. Samples are sent out daily.

 

 

How can I be certain of a product's color?

Color is MOST IMPORTANT! While we do our best to accurately represent color in our images, we can not guarantee an exact match. Colors will vary from screen to screen, so we highly recommend ordering swatches before making a fabric purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on color difference, so this pro tip helps ensure our customers are satisfied with their selections before purchasing the yardage they need.

 


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you notice an error in your order’s shipping, billing or product information please contact us as soon as possible either by calling (213) 628-3763 or by emailing Info.ahfinc@yahoo.com. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days IF your order has NOT been processed, we will gladly make the edits you need. For the quickest service, have your order number ready when you call or include it in your email.

The following must be included in your email:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your best contact information

  • Description of the update you'd like to make

I think my package may be lost or stolen.

 

If your order’s tracking status is DELIVERED, but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier you selected at check out to see if your shipment is being held. Many times, the carrier has marked a shipment as “delivered” a little too early, and in most cases your shipment will arrive within 24 hours.

It is also recommended you check with neighbors, sometimes they are delivered to a next door address.

If you consider your package lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier you selected at checkout. Affordable Home Fabrics will not contact the parcel service on your behalf. If you need information regarding your shipment such as tracking number, ship date, and last known location please email us at info@AhfInc@yahoo.com.

 

The shipping carrier and customer assume responsibility for the package once it has left our facility. We will not replace or issue a refund for any packages of the following circumstances:

 

Package was held or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address.

 

Package was lost at any point in the parcel process.

 

Package was stolen at any point in the parcel process.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unlike other products, once fabric has been cut to order it cannot be recirculated into our inventory. For this reason, We cannot accept returns or exchanges. We highly recommend purchasing samples for the order samples link on every item.

 

What happens if my package has been damaged?

In the case of a lost or damaged package please contact us at info.AhfInc@yahoo.com and a member of our team will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

What if I receive the incorrect fabric?

*Be sure to take the fabric out and check the inside, Most items are shipped with the face inside so when you open your package you might be looking at the back and not the face. In the case of an incorrect or damaged item please contact us at info.AhfInc@yahoo.com and a member of our team will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

 

What is the minimum length to purchase?

The minimum length to purchase any of our fabrics sold by the yard is 1 yard (0.914 meters).

 

Can I purchase less than 1 yard of fabric?

Unfortunately at this time we do not have the option to purchase less than 1 yard either in-store or on Affordablehomefabrics.com. If you are questioning if fabric will suit your needs, we recommend ordering a swatch to view and handle the material in person before making your actual purchase. The dimension of a single yard vary per product, so please refer to the fabric's description on its product page to confirm a fabric's cut width and usable width before ordering.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship internationally via UPS and USPS. Please note that customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees associated with their order.

 

Are you open to the public?

Yes, we are open to the public. We are located at 305 E 9th street Unit 110, Los Angeles, CA 90015 in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ Fashion District. Please note, our showroom entrance is on

9th street (navigation might attempt to send you through the inside of the building which is not necessary). There is parking on top of our building and you can park all day. The parking is not affiliated with us and they charge separately (the entrance for the parking lot is on Maple, you can use the elevator to come to us). Our regular business hours are:

Monday through Saturday 9am to 4:45pm

Sundays from 10am to 3:30pm.

Certain Holiday hours apply, please call to confirm.

 

I’m close by. Can I pick up my order in-store?

 

If you would like to pick up in store you can come in and purchase an item anytime, Online purchases have to be shipped. We recommend you call to confirm the item availability, some items are special orders and not on hand.

 

Do I need a wholesale license to purchase?

No you do not need a wholesale license to shop or purchase at Affordable Home Fabrics, we are open to the public. If you have a California resale license, bring in a copy and we will put it in our system.

 

How is fabric shipped?

The fabric is shipped folded in a medium to large size box unless it does not fit then it is sent on a roll. If you require the fabric sent on a roll you can contact us for on the roll shipping costs

 

Is the fabric shipped in one piece?

All orders are shipped as one piece unless stated otherwise(if it is two or more pieces you will be contacted prior to shipment). we will call or email you if there is a piece to confirm that works for you.

All fabric is first quality and kept in a clean smoke free environment
