Sunbrella Etna Heron is an interlocking chevron that reads as architecture. Angular lines double back on themselves in a maze-like rhythm, worked in slate blue-gray against a clean ivory ground, with warm taupe and soft gold flecked through the textured fill so the pattern never goes cold or flat. The linework is finely striated rather than solid, which keeps a bold graphic from overwhelming a room from a distance it settles into a handsome tweedy texture, up close the geometry snaps into focus. The pattern is railroaded, running across the roll, so wide cushions and sofa backs go up without a seam. Built on 100% solution-dyed Sunbrella acrylic with a water and stain repellent finish and rated at 50,625 double rubs, it stands up to sun, weather and everyday use without losing its color or strength.
