Sunbrella Ortiz in Onyx is a modern reinterpretation of the stripe: vertical columns of etched, dash-like marks in warm golden caramel over a deep inky black ground, inspired by global textile traditions — ikat, woven tribal cloth, hand-stamped resist patterns. The texture is woven in rather than printed, so the golden marks have a dimensional, slightly raised quality that photographs well and looks even better in person. It's a striking, sophisticated choice that adds depth and warmth to contemporary, transitional or globally-inspired spaces, and it grounds a room the way a statement rug does.
